Repetitive execution and mechanical checks
Omni Agentic for GDS
Omni Agentic for GDS helps travel teams automate repetitive fare discovery, rule validation and ticketing workflows with governed AI execution, audit trails and human oversight.
Complex GDS operations. Made simple.
Global Distribution Systems are command-driven, rule-heavy and unforgiving. A single workflow can involve availability, fare construction, brand rules, taxes, carrier policies, ticketing restrictions and agency-specific procedures. This is why generic chatbots are not enough.
Governed execution
A language model can explain a workflow, but that does not mean it should execute one. GDS operations require validation, permissions, escalation and auditability. Omni Agentic adds the execution architecture around the model.

Human control
We automate the routine. You stay in control.
Omni Agentic handles repetitive execution, validation and documentation while experienced professionals remain in control of decisions that require judgment.
When confidence is low, the system does not guess. It validates, asks or escalates.

Every action and decision as evidence
Agent orchestration
Each domain agent combines specialized scenarios and playbooks, while Omni Agentic orchestrates execution, applies system controls and preserves evidence.

Pricing
Omni Agentic for GDS is currently available through a closed alpha program. We are working with a limited group of travel teams to validate workflows, deployment requirements and the commercial model.
Public pricing will be introduced after the alpha program.
Enterprise trust
Omni Agentic separates credentials, execution authority, organizational access and operational evidence so GDS workflows can run inside explicit enterprise controls.
Execution evidence
Secrets do not enter traces or audit records.
Controlled · Isolated · Reviewable
The platform is designed for SaaS, private-cloud and customer-controlled deployment models, including environments where operational services, data and logs remain inside the organization’s infrastructure.
SaaS · Private cloud · Customer-controlled environment
GDS credentials and service keys are provided only to the authorized execution boundary for the exact operation being performed. They are not placed in prompts, agent messages, execution traces or audit records.
Scoped access · No prompt exposure · No credential ownership
Requests, traces and evidence are resolved inside an explicit ownership scope. An identifier alone never grants access, and foreign or guessed identifiers do not disclose whether another organization’s execution data exists.
Tenant scope · Ownership checks · No cross-tenant disclosure
Operational agents cannot authorize their own actions. Supervisor and Policy Guard evaluate permissions, risk, required approvals and escalation rules before an external action proceeds.
Allow · Block · Escalate · Require approval
Approval-sensitive operations present the exact pending action to an authorized user and continue only after confirmation. A denial stops the operation without performing the external action.
Pause · Review · Approve or deny · Resume
Evidence records preserve ordered execution steps, policy decisions, human approvals and artifact references while excluding credentials, cookies, form values, raw page content and other sensitive runtime material.
